The bare basics for your CECHA01 are: Open it up and give it a thorough cleanup of the insides to remove any dust/dirt/lint, especially on the fan to help it dissipate heat effectively, then replace any thermal paste it has on the CPU and GPU for some quality one like Arctic Silver 5 or Arctic MX-4 ...
