With the new black cleaver nerf and the Bork nerfs, I getting hard to play lucian, manly because it takes time to go crit build. In most match ups the damage it brings isnt high enough. Lucian doesnt want the game to go on for to long unlike most mages. Mages want to farm up and hit 3 to 4 items. While lucian is outscaled at that point. Now that we can't build IE alongside with galeforce the proper swift will be to navori. The fear factor of Lucian is never letting anyone escape alive when target or lucian gets near, even w/out ult, while a Lucian w/out ult can probably let someone escape easier.
